The items on this website can be shipped to most countries. Due to the unfortunate current events, we are unable to ship to Ukraine. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
Free Shipping Policy
- Free shipping for orders over €60 ,€20 shipping for orders under€60 .
The transportation process (working days) is as follows:
Delivery time = Processing time (order preparation) + Shipping time
- Order preparation
Once we receive your order information, we will process your order:
(1) Check inventory.
(2) Confirm whether the items in your order need to be customized.
(3) Check your delivery address.
(4) Please reconfirm that the items in your order comply with our shipping policy.
(5) If everything is ready, your order will be shipped from our warehouse.
Please be sure to include details of your delivery address (street number is required). Failure to do so will be notified by our Customer Service Team. This may delay dispatch.
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with the tracking number and website for tracking.

The delivery times we mention are estimates only and depend a lot on shipping times.
The stock levels shown on our website are based on the stock levels we receive from our own warehouses or the manufacturer's warehouses. Stock levels may change rapidly. Even if we show stock on the website, it does not mean that the product is actually in stock. Items may be sold out when an order is placed.
Please do not schedule an electrician based on the stock levels and lead times shown on our website. An electrician should only be scheduled when the goods arrive.
Duties and Taxes
Customs duties apply when the largest side of a package exceeds 60 cm. Generally, customs duties are around 5%. If customs duties apply, we will cover 20% of that amount. In most cases, customs duties range from €0 to €20 per package.

Delayed delivery compensation
If the goods do not arrive on time, we regret that you have been delayed in receiving the goods and we will provide you with a delay compensation of 10% of the order price. We will do our best to ensure that the goods arrive on time.

Do I need to pay customs duties? If so, how much is it?
- Customs duties may only be incurred when one side of the package is longer than 60cm, and the probability of this happening is usually around 5%.
- If you do this, we will cover 20% of that amount.
- In most cases the customs duty amount is between €0 and €20 per parcel.
