About Returns and Refunds
1. How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order for free within 24 hours without any reason.
If your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you insist on canceling, we will charge 30%-50% of the order amount as storage fees, order preparation fees and shipping fees. This fee will be deducted from the refund for your goods.
2. What if I receive a damaged item?
Products received with broken glass, dented sunshades or frames are not considered defective and cannot be returned. In this case, we will replace the glass or sunshade free of charge. If you do not wish to receive a replacement and wish to return the product, we will treat it as a normal return and charge a restocking fee of up to 35%. We also reserve the right to deduct any outbound shipping costs from your refund.

About the product
1. Can the light be dimmed?
If the lamp uses E27, E14, G9, etc. bulbs, you can choose dimmable bulbs so that the lamp can be dimmed with your dimming system. But if you don't have a dimming system at home, please consult us and we will customize the lamp for you. For lamps with LED chips, you can't change the internal light source, and in most cases, we will provide warm light, cold light and dimmable versions. If there is no dimmable version on the product page, please consult us. We can make all lamps dimmable. If you have this demand, please feel free to consult us.
2. Can I use a longer cable?
We supply most of our lamps with 150cm cables. If you require a longer cable (up to 800cm), please specify this when placing your order and we will extend the cable free of charge.
